DonFam Cellars provides independent advisory and educational services. We do not sell, distribute, store, consign, broker, or take title to alcoholic beverages.

All wine purchases are executed directly between the client and properly licensed retailers, producers, importers, or auction houses.

We do not act as a wholesaler, retailer, or alcohol vendor in any jurisdiction.

Independent Guidance

While we may offer perspective on market conditions, rarity, and long-term collectability, DonFam Cellars does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.

Wine acquisition decisions remain solely at the discretion of the client. We encourage independent evaluation and consultation with appropriate professional advisors where necessary.

Wine markets fluctuate. No representation is made regarding future value or appreciation.

Stewardship & Cellar Planning

Cellar design recommendations, aging schedules, and drink-window guidance are informed by experience, producer insight, and historical performance. However, wine is a living agricultural product.

DonFam Cellars is not responsible for:

  • Cork taint or bottle variation

  • Provenance issues outside our review scope

  • Storage system failure

  • Environmental fluctuations

  • Third-party handling or transport

  • Market value changes

Clients remain responsible for appropriate storage conditions, insurance coverage, and risk management.

Education & Tastings

Educational sessions and tastings are privately curated and independently delivered.

We do not publicize client relationships.

Intellectual Property

All methodologies, written materials, cellar reports, tasting frameworks, digital inventory structures, and proprietary advisory materials remain the intellectual property of DonFam Cellars LLC.

They may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written consent.

Limitation of Liability
