Summer is at its finest when exceptional seafood is paired with beautifully crafted wine. Join Peter Pratt’s Inn and DonFam Cellars for the fourth installment of the Peter Pratt’s Wine Experience Series as we celebrate the versatility of rosé alongside the season’s freshest coastal cuisine.

The evening begins with a glass of Brut Rosé Champagne, followed by a thoughtfully curated five-course menu featuring oysters, Maine lobster, diver scallops, and sesame-crusted ahi tuna. Along the way, you’ll discover three distinct expressions of rosé - from the mineral-driven wines of Cassis to the elegance of Provence - before exploring the surprising harmony between an elegant Italian red and premium ahi tuna.

Each course has been carefully paired to highlight the freshness of summer while showcasing how rosé has evolved into one of the world’s most versatile food wines. Throughout the evening, DonFam Cellars will share the stories behind each wine, its region, and the thoughtful pairing that brings every course to life.
