DonFam Cellars was founded on a disciplined belief: wine should be stewarded with intention, curated with clarity, and enjoyed at its precise moment of maturity.

Our Founder & Principal Advisor Jeff Donaldson is a passionate wine enthusiast sharing more than two decades of experience in the world of wine. He has approached the practice of collecting not as accumulation, but as thoughtful construction - shaped by travel across the world’s great wine regions, direct relationships with producers and auction houses, and advanced certification through the global Wine & Spirits Education Trust. Previously, Jeff was a New York City-based senior technology and operations executive.
